Comments for Pain in My Arch North Pole AK

I have two small hard cyst-like growth inside my left foot arch that are painful in the morning when I make first few steps. I am aware of this pain on waking up - before i walk. When I stretch the foot (push the ball of the foot up) those cysts are more visable.

Growth like cysts inside the foot arch
by: Sonja Myers

I have two small hard cyst-like growth inside my left foot arch that are painful in the morning when I make first few steps. I am aware of this pain on waking up - before i walk. When I stretch the foot (push the ball of the foot up) those cysts are more visable. They seem like growing on a main tendon (or is it a muscle or a nerve) frunning from heel to big toe. When I touch and press those cysts or tumors (they are not moving, they are staying firm in one place) they are painful but not harsh pain by any means, yet? I have no idea when this started but it could not be more than six months ago.

I also noticed the same thing - thickening and/or cyst forming inside the arch of my left foot.

I am planing on going to the ortophedic doctor in the next few weeks but would like to know what am I possibly facing.
Thank you
